CAFE REGISTRATION

  • The MILKLAB Café Creation is open to all cafés in Bali. The Café must be in operation for at least 3 months and is open to the public throughout the contest duration.

  • Submission Requirements
    • Submission Requirements: The baristas/ mixology/ and bartenders of the participating cafes must create an original iced or blended drink using MILKAB as a key ingredient. (30% of drink composition). The drinks may be prepared with or without coffee. No alcohol is allowed.
    • Ingredients Limitations – Only MILKLAB products are allowed as milk or plant-based milk components, and sponsor product brands used as ingredients. Only the following MILKLAB products may be used in the creation: Almond, Oat, Soy, Macadamia, Coconut. Participants may choose maximum up to 3 variants per creation.
  • Submission Details
    • Name of your Bali Creation and original recipe including the choice of ingredients and how the drink is assembled.
    • A story (max 150 words ) on the inspiration behind your Bali Creation.
    • A video demonstrating how the drink is assembled. The video must show the MILKLAB product in use throughout the video. (Video details: 15-30 seconds, vertical 9:16, MP4 Video format, max 100MB)
    • Café Logo ( Logo format: Jpeg or PNG format, max 10MB)
    • 3 Photo Images – The Café Creation, The Café Creation with the MILKLAB pack variant used in the creation and Café Creation in your Café Setting (Images details: Jpeg format, max 3MB each, horizontal format)
